My camera is not downloading my pictures on to my computer. So we are experiencing some technical difficulties but will update when we can!

I'm having the same problem with my computer at work - I haven't been able to download from my camera for weeks! When you find out what the problem is, maybe you could let me know - and i'll do the same.
