New Sandbox

Stew built the boys a new sandbox at the top of our property. The boys are thrilled to have so much space to dig and drive their diggers around (Jenn T. notice where the CAT dump truck ended up?!). Our yard is taking shape and it gets more and more exciting to see things cleaned up and formed. Stew hauled 21 yards of dirt and 1 yard of sand this weekend, thanks honey!!

The 2nd Annual Easter Egg Hunt

We just had the perfect morning! Erin, Dawn and I planned a easter egg hunt along with a potluck brunch. There were 7 kids running around the garden finding treats and 4 babes on laps. It is such a blessing to have amazing godly families to share parenting with. Our great friends the Kuchta's, Taylor's and Adamson's all were there along with the Goward and Walker fam. Thanks for coming everyone! Happy Easter.

Time to Hunt

The kids decorated their Easter bags and got ready to find all the eggs. They did so great at waiting!! I don't think anyone went home empty handed, there was so much chocolate!! Oh the fun of having young kids. We also had a cookie decorating station that the kids loved.

Easter

My heart is full of gratitude and a desire to get the picture when it comes to Easter. Praise the Lord we have opportunity to be free and know Jesus personally. It overwhelms me and calms me to think about all that was accomplished at the cross. The desire stems from wanting to take full advantage of the gift that was given. To think that someone saw the potential and goodness in me that they chose to pay the price for me in advance. Normally in our society we have to prove ourselves before we are accepted and than once we have gone out and tried sometimes we are still notaccepted. Not with God! True Freedom. True Love. Thank you Jesus for peace and assurance that you will provide, carry me when needed and love me always....my prayer is that You would be glorified. Happy Easter to you all.
